GR.5 titanium alloy parts have been prepared

Recently, AlloyO Special Metal has taken several orders with the same specifications and processed by plans. The material is GR.5 titanium alloy, which is relatively conventional, mainly because the positioning and processing of the related 36 holes are irregular, and there are extremely strict regulations for precise positioning tolerances.

With the help of a collaborative machining center, AlloyO Special Metal  has successfully completed the processing of the product, and the customer factory passed the inspection after coming. The outer diameter of this batch of titanium alloy is φ1230mm, and it is processed according to the forged processing,  Ultrasonic defectoscopy Scan.
